Work Education

22/07/2013
Our Year 9, 11 and 12 Work Readiness and Workplace Practices students are studying the unit:  “Undertake an Individual or Group Enterprise Project”. Their goal is to raise money to help Year 12 students buy a school present.  It is also part of their assessment to be rated competent in the unit. These students have worked hard to organise their businesses. Congratulations to all involved!

The students will be conducting their businesses on Friday, 26 July, which is our school sports carnival day. They will be selling soft drinks, chips, ice-cup, cup cakes and lollies, just to mention a few.  We understand parents play a major role towards the function by giving their children money to spend and encouraging them to come to school even if they are not participating. We kindly ask all parents to encourage students to turn up on the day and help their peers achieve their goals.
