Parents are encourage to contact the school to speak with staff about your child about their child's progress. Teachers may not always be able to answer calls during lesson times, so if you wish to speak to your child's teacher, please do so out of lesson times.
Staff emails are listed in the "Our staff" section.
To contact staff for your child's year level, please use the following information to direct your enquiry. The best place person to start with is the Year Level Coordinator, as they are usually the person who knows your child best.

Parent Teacher/Holistic Interviews
Parents will be notified by email when Parent/Teacher and holistic interviews will be scheduled, and also posted on our website and Facebook page.
Phone calls to the school
Parents are requested not to phone the office with messages to pass on to students unless it is an emergency. Office staff do not have the time to personally deliver messages to students in class and our school does not have phones in all of our classrooms. It is important that parents organise with their student for after school appointments or travel arrangements prior to coming to school in the morning.
Leaving school early procedure
Parents may request leave passes in exceptional circumstances only. Parental notes requesting a leave pass must be taken to the student counter in the administration building before school. Alternatively, parents or guardians may phone the school.
Notes should clearly indicate the student's name, home group, reason why and signed by the parent or guardian.
The student will be issued with a leave request to show their teacher, then they need to collect their leave pass, from the student counter prior to leaving school grounds.
Serious consequences will be put in place for students who leave the school grounds without permission.
Student Illness
Students who become ill while at school are not to phone their parents from their mobile phone. They need to follow the correct procedure and report to the health room, with a movement pass from their classroom teacher. The teacher aides in health room will then phone a parent or guardian to collect their student from school.
